The West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Network Health to offer affordable health insurance to business owners. Chamber of Commerce members are eligible for an exclusive premium discount on Assure or fully insured plans with Network Health.

The Assure level-funded plan is ideal for small businesses with 2 to 100 employees who want the security of a fully insured plan with the financial advantages of a self-insured plan. Network Health also offers fully insured plans for large employer groups with more than 100 employees.
