Showcase your business at the 3rd annual All Around the Bend Business Showcase! This exciting event is your chance to connect with the West Bend community, promote your products and services, and grow your brand. We're delighted to invite the community to come out and explore the diverse offerings available right here in their own backyard. With fresh features and surprises planned, it's the perfect opportunity to shine and showcase to your community what makes your business stand out!

Date: Saturday, April 12th, 2025
Location: West Bend High School Fieldhouse - 1305 E Decorah Rd.
Time: 8:00am - 2:00pm

• 8am - 9am: Networking session for participating vendors
• 9am - 2pm: Doors open to the public
• 10am - 2pm: Taste of the Showcase vendors open 

Cost: $50 for WBACC Members

This year, All Around the Bend is excited to introduce two brand-new features designed to expand opportunities for businesses and create an even greater impact on the West Bend Community: 

1. Opportunities for Additional Exposure with New Business Bus Tours and Sponsorship Opportunities

We're thrilled to announce the introduction of the new Business Bus Tours as part of this year's All Around the Bend! Taking place on April 10th and 11th, these guided tours will offer high school students from the West Bend School District exclusive opportunities to explore local businesses across various industries. 

This initiative is designed to inspire the future workforce by helping students envision their potential careers right here in West Bend while showcasing the diverse opportunities our local businesses have to offer. 

Businesses can elevate their presence throughout the entirety of All Around the Bend by becoming an event sponsor. As a sponsor, your business will enjoy multiple avenues of exposure across various platforms aligning your business a meaningful initiative that invests in the future of the West Bend business community.

2. Calling All Local Restaurants and Food Vendors for Taste of the Showcase! 

Another exciting addition this year is the Taste of the Showcase! This exciting feature is a unique opportunity for local culinary experts to showcase their signature flavors at the All Around the Bend Business Showcase! 

What is Taste of the Showcase? Taste of the Showcase is food sampling experience designed to highlight the best flavors our local restaurants and food vendors have to offer. Held in the West Cafeteria during the Business Showcase event, attendees will purchase a Tasting Punch Card for just $2, which allows them to sample delicious bites form all participating vendors! 

• Location: West Cafeteria - conveniently located near the fieldhouse. This spacious area is equipped with the necessary facilities, including ample seating and electricity
• Tasting Punch Cards: Sold for $2 each; granting attendees samples from all vendors.
• No Vendor Fee: A cost-effective way to market your business

50% of all Tasting Ticket sales will be donated to the COLUMNS Scholarship Foundation, helping local students pursue their educational dreams! 

 

VENDOR BOOTH DETAILS

• Cost:
  • WBACC MEMBERS = $50 + Raffle Prize
  • Non-Chamber Members = $100 + Raffle Prize
• What's Included: 
  • ​10' x 10' booth space
  • One (1) 8ft table and two (2) chairs
  • 2 Boxed lunches for reps working event (Lunch = Costco Special: Hot dogs, bag of chips, and soda/water) ​
• ​Sponsorship Opportunities Available for Added Exposure! (Listed Below)
• ​Additional Information:​
  • ​Due to logistical limitations, we are unable to provide electricity to individual booths.
  • Each vendor must bring a raffle prize ($50 value) to the event as a part of the registration fee. Raffle tickets will be sold at the event through the WBACC.
  • Vendors are encouraged to bring engaging displays, promotional materials, and giveaways! Make your booth the coolest booth at the show! Are you a fitness group? Bring some equipment! Are you in the business of beauty? Offer mini sessions! Why not set up a fun photo booth for those who visit you at the showcase! We encourage you to get creative and bring your booth to life! 
  • All vendors will be listed in the Business Showcase Event Guide distributed at the event as well as on the event website found at wbachamber.org. Options for additional advertising in the Showcase guide are available upon registration.

On Saturday, April 12th, the event culminates in the much-loved Business Showcase, where the community gathers to connect with local businesses. With over 800 attendees last year, the Showcase provides unmatched visibility and engagement opportunities for sponsors.
