The West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce welcomes you to attend the West Bend $1,000 Cache Ba$h™. This year, the Cache Ba$h™ celebrates its 18th anniversary. Get ready for a weekend of geocaching, contests, and lots of fun.
West Bend is a geocaching playground, offering more than 1,200 caches in a 10-mile radius of this charming community of over 32,000. This abundance of caches and geocachers has given West Bend the welcome reputation as the “Geocaching Capital of the Midwest™.”
Each year the Cache Ba$h™ introduces 66 new permanent caches that lead teams to West Bend’s most beautiful natural areas, scenic landscapes, best trails, important historic attractions, and best businesses. It’s West Bend’s mix of urban and rural cache sites combined with high quality cache's that makes the West Bend $1,000 Cache BaSh the place to be the second weekend in August.
